How do I know my gas engineer is qualified to work in my home?
You can have complete peace of mind that every plumbing and heating engineer we employ has the necessary qualifications and registrations needed to carry out work in your home. All our engineers are Gas Safe-registered, and you can check your engineer’s credentials on this register yourself if you have any doubts. Our company is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineers, meaning we adhere to an agreed set of industry-wide professional standards.
Do you offer any warranties or guarantees?
Yes. We offer extended warranties as standard with all our new boiler installations. Please ask us for more details.
What brands of boilers do you install?
We only supply and install boilers from the leading manufacturers, to give you peace of mind that your new boiler will function reliably and efficiently for many years. We are approved installers of Vaillant, Worcester and Advance boilers.
My boiler has broken down but you didn’t install it. Can you help me?
Of course. No matter who installed your boiler, we are happy to come out and diagnose any faults, before putting them right as quickly as possible in order to minimise disruption to you. Simply give us a call to arrange an appointment.
I’m not sure whether it’s better to repair or replace my boiler. Can you advise me?
Of course. Sometimes it proves to be more economical in the long run if you replace a boiler, rather than paying for frequent repairs, especially if it’s an older boiler. However, if we feel this might be a good option for you, we’ll always explain the benefits and drawbacks of each option, enabling you to make your own informed decision.
Do you provide an emergency call-out service?
We know that when your boiler breaks down or there’s a problem with your plumbing, your property or health could be at serious risk unless prompt action is taking to put things right. That’s why you can call us at any time, day or night, with any emergencies that require a quick response, and we’ll endeavour to be with you as soon as possible.
What services do you provide for landlords?
We know that as a landlord, you have to meet certain criteria to ensure the gas installations at your property are functioning safely and reliably, in order to keep your tenants safe. That’s why we offer a range of services to landlords, including gas safety certificates, gas safety checks, boiler servicing and central heating repairs. Please contact us to find out more.
Do I have to be at home when you carry out the work?
Not if you don’t want to be. Of course, you’ll need to make arrangements for us to access your property, but we can work independently, safely and responsibly without needing to be supervised. It’s always helpful if you can leave a contact telephone number if you go out, as this means we know how to get in touch in the case of any unexpected issues arising.
Will you clear up after you’ve finished the work?
Of course. We only consider a job to be finished when everything is left exactly as we found it. We won’t leave packaging, dust or any mess behind when we’ve finished working at your home.
